ATTENTION!!! I ordered this loose deep wave wig a few weeks back. When it came it came with some holes in lace and stitching was unraveling hair length was 17inch/20inch being the longest. I spoke with Mary who tried to offer $40 for a refund to use on a Bob wig(which is not what i ordered) i kindly declined . Mary stated to wash and flat iron hair to see the true length which still was length stated above.I explained I will be sending back the product as its not as described.I disputed with Paypal as item is not described . I got an email stating they refused my dispute as it met the similarities of what they sold--I called PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICE- and explained this can’t be right and PAYPAL REP stated the Seller is saying that my wig was “Custom Made unit”- INCORRECT i sent screenshots of Website and how you order- Once Paypal Rep looked into this He Refunded me my Whole order-Please Be careful as they have been doing this to alot of customer and Paypal is looking into other cases that had been refused by their company.I hope this helps!
