I would rate this service zero stars if possible. I regret not seeing prior negative reviews before sending my money. They claimed the wig was shipped and delivered according to their courier, yet I received nothing. After over a month of back and forth communication, they only seemed to feign concern until I requested a refund, at which point they suddenly provided an update. The update revealed they could not assist me at all. I strongly recommend exploring other wig companies before considering this one. You may end up losing your money and without a wig.
This service is a complete scam. They sent my package to the incorrect address and then refused to take responsibility, falsely informing the payment platform that everything was delivered to me and that my claims were untrue. I have photographic evidence of the delivery to the wrong location, a signed letter from the shipping service, and several emails confirming that I did not receive the package. I requested a full refund for these issues but was instead told I could only receive a $200 refund. I spent $560 on two products and received nothing. I do not want a replacement or exchange; I just want my money back. All charges will be disputed, and I will continue to report this fraudulent behavior until the matter is resolved.
I ordered from this seller twice and regret it. I was impressed by the online images and reviews, but the hair only looked good right after installation. Shedding started within a week, and after the second wash, the quality dropped significantly. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will be disappointed.
Update: I was informed by customer service that the units no longer come pre-bleached, which should have been communicated. The hair I received lacked the advertised bleached knots and had too many short hairs at the top, affecting its look. While it feels thick and the curls are nice, these positives don't make up for the quality issues. I'm returning the item as it doesn't meet my expectations, and I will update once the return is processed.

This has been the best quality wig I've ever received. Communication was consistent, and there was no shedding or unpleasant odor. It came ready to wear right out of the box. I was so impressed that I quickly ordered a second wig in a different style. I'm very satisfied!
