I placed an order and was informed it would take a couple of weeks for delivery. When I tried to cancel because I would be away for Winter, they told me it was too late. Cancellations needed to be made within 6 hours. I attempted to reach out via phone and email over three days to change the address, but received no response. They shipped it anyway. Very disappointing customer service!
