Very Displeased with the Service

I placed an order and was told delivery would take a couple of weeks. When I asked to cancel because I would be away for Winter, I was informed it was too late. Cancellations needed to be done within 6 hours. I tried to contact them via phone and email for three days to change the address, but got no replies. They shipped it anyway. Extremely poor customer support!

Frustrating Return Process

The website makes it extremely difficult to find contact information. I cannot download a returns form. The return information provided is insufficient and somewhat unhelpful, making me doubt that I would receive a refund if I simply sent the item back. One order is acceptable, but the other is much too small, and it seems I’m stuck with it. I have the legal right to return items, yet the process has been made overly complicated. We used to order frequently, but not anymore.

Choose a Different Delivery Service

Opt for a different delivery service. My parcel still hasn't arrived, and the latest expected delivery date was Saturday, December 13th. A replacement was sent, but the tracking app does not function, and I still have no idea when my order will arrive.

Disappointing Quality of Socks

My partner and I used to be regular customers, but we haven't shopped recently due to previous issues. I returned to purchase four pairs of Merino walking socks, which arrived from a different seller, though this wasn't clear on the website. They started wearing thin at the heels after just two uses! The site doesn’t allow product reviews anymore, so I can't warn others about these socks. The returns form link is broken, and the 'contact us' link only leads to FAQs. They've gone from being a great supplier to very disappointing!

Unsatisfactory Customer Assistance

Customer support is lacking. My order did not arrive. It took a long time on the web chat to finally reach a representative, who was rude and indifferent about my missing order. They told me it was lost in the warehouse. Now I'm waiting for a replacement that will take at least a week to come. It’s all just a hassle. I'll consider ordering from elsewhere next time.
