I returned to purchase four pairs of Merino walking socks, which arrived from a different seller, though this wasn't clear on the website. They started wearing thin at the heels after just two uses! The site doesn’t allow product reviews anymore, so I can't warn others about these socks. The returns form link is broken, and the 'contact us' link only leads to FAQs. They've gone from being a great supplier to very disappointing!
