I ordered two wetsuits on the Wiggle website—one arrived in brand-new condition, while the other unfortunately had a tear in the sleeve, several punctures, and noticeable fading on the arms. I was quite disappointed to receive an item in such poor condition. However, I contacted Wiggle via Facebook and was assisted by Paps. Although it took a few days to resolve the issue, Paps was very helpful and ultimately turned the experience into a positive one.
