I placed an order and was told delivery would take a couple of weeks. When I asked to cancel because I would be away for Winter, I was informed it was too late. Cancellations needed to be done within 6 hours. I tried to contact them via phone and email for three days to change the address, but got no replies. They shipped it anyway. Extremely poor customer support!
