Delays today due to weather conditions from Fishbourne to Portsmouth which could have been for me an absolute disaster for me travelling as a nurse.Although I waited 45 minutes to check in.I asked Sally team leader today if there was anyway she could get me on as a priority .She did just that and handled this very stressful and difficult situation with utmost professionalism and care and got me on the next ferry as priority.Thanks Sally it is much appreciated.
