We purchased the one year program, but then had no further use for it. One year afterwards, we were hit with the automatic 1 year charge of $119.88. Went to their website to ask for a refund and cancel subscription, Wiglo said we did not have a user name and there was no account with our email. So couldn't even cancel. There is no phone number for these people, so they were emailed. They canceled the subscription, but completely ignored any attempt to discuss a refund. We don't have the dogs, and I requested a refund the exact same day the charge went through - clearly with in the 14 days as stated on their website. After two days of being ignored, I am writing this review in order to get attention and get a refund, as it seems to have worked for other reviews here. Be very careful with this company, they are more than willing to collect money once people no longer want their service - which is very poor customer service at best and kind of scammy at worst. Again - Wiglo - please reach out!Edit - Once this review was written, the refund was offered within one hour. No communication was received prior to review. Upgrading to three stars due to my issue being resolved.
