Review Time
In my previous review the company responded saying they returned my funds. This is a direct lie. I have an open dispute with my credit card company which they have yet to respond to. Don't sign up for anything with this company. Small businesses should be the quickest to react to issues not the slowest..
We purchased the one year program, but then had no further use for it. One year afterwards, we were hit with the automatic 1 year charge of $119.88. Went to their website to ask for a refund and cancel subscription, Wiglo said we did not have a user name and there was no account with our email. So couldn't even cancel. There is no phone number for these people, so they were emailed. They canceled the subscription, but completely ignored any attempt to discuss a refund. We don't have the dogs, and I requested a refund the exact same day the charge went through - clearly with in the 14 days as stated on their website. After two days of being ignored, I am writing this review in order to get attention and get a refund, as it seems to have worked for other reviews here. Be very careful with this company, they are more than willing to collect money once people no longer want their service - which is very poor customer service at best and kind of scammy at worst. Again - Wiglo - please reach out!Edit - Once this review was written, the refund was offered within one hour. No communication was received prior to review. Upgrading to three stars due to my issue being resolved.
Very poor customer service! Program is a waste of time and money! Just a bunch of written instructions to read and attempt to follow. No videos or demonstrations of techniques. A year and a half ago I had a new dog with separation anxiety issues. I thought this program would help. They wanted me to shut myself in the bathroom with the dog for 30min then try to leave without the dog following. Keep repeating daily till it works. Seriously?? I wasn't expecting instant results, I know training takes time, so I went ahead and got the 1 year plan to save money. It was a waste, but I figured lesson learned. A year later a $119 charge hits my bank account with no warning. I immediately called Wiglo, who refused to refund my money. I had the charge reversed by Shazam as fraud, but Wiglo had the audacity to fight it and get the charge reinstated. I reached out to them again by email (they don't have a phone number to talk to a live person) . They are ignoring me now. I just want my money back!!
Easy to follow training program you can complete at your own pace. The lessons are easily digestible, small amounts of information delivered at a time and they build upon previous lessons. We would review a lesson each morning and apply the trainings throughout the day. Some days we repeated trainings from the previous day if our beagle didn't seem to grasp the concept. After just a week of focused training we noticed our dog was much more responsive to our cues and calmer on walks! Love how simple the programs were to follow!!
Tried to utilize this program to assist with working on reviewing skills with my older dog who is already pretty well trained (knows basic commands well). Wanted to work more on off leash training mainly. Program is not very interactive and doesn't really give more than just plain old common sense...if I wanted that I wouldn't have paid for it and would;ve used the money to get an in person trainer. Also, their cancellation policy and ability to contact customer service is a bit archeic for this day and age - emailing and not getting a response for a week, plus not being notified when susbscription renewals are coming up. Do not waste your money and get an in person trainer even if using for buffing up on skills.
Discriminated me for disability I have that causes me to have reading issues, difficulties understanding lengthy explanations in text. They do not let previews. Thought there were videos with it. Don't want to refund me and ignored me when I explained it was difficult for me to understand and use. Lack of accessibility.I felt discriminated when I was told no refund and I explained in my second email why and did not get any answer for 15 days. If you have replied sooner I would not have felt discriminated. You now refunded me after posting this review.
They really go above and beyond.The customer service is great, the planning checklist, the way the individual plan is laid out, it's all very bite sized and I find it as a first-time dog owner, really easy to understand as I go. It does what you need to do: go slow. They clearly understand what it takes to train your dog, they make it easy for the dog owners to be able to get to the basic roots of how to communicate and build a relationship with your dog. Their layout and interaction for each plan is very well managed, and although i see room for improvement in the way this could be integrated into a better dashboard, I think for now, this is an incredible product that I can't wait to see where it goes.
They have a huge socialization checklist of things to do with a new puppy that I LOVE!! It breaks it down simply with reasoning behind each thing. Also started the crate training one which is the course that convinced me to try Wiglo. It's been a week and although he's still anxious in the crate when we are not in the room, he can now sleep in it all night!!
