It was hard getting answers. I ordered a wig, and the color was way off and didn't like the style. I called and they said I had to make an appointment to speak to someone who could help. The appointment was a week away. Ridiculous, I have been ordering from Paula Young for twenty years and was able to get answers right away. I spoke to a friend and she helped me. I ordered a new wig myself and it was perfect. Your customer service is not helpful or you don't have enough people there to help.
