Review Time
It was hard getting answers. I ordered a wig, and the color was way off and didn't like the style. I called and they said I had to make an appointment to speak to someone who could help. The appointment was a week away. Ridiculous, I have been ordering from Paula Young for twenty years and was able to get answers right away. I spoke to a friend and she helped me. I ordered a new wig myself and it was perfect. Your customer service is not helpful or you don't have enough people there to help.
I purchased the Snap Bang Front Hair Bang clip in FSA4 Medium Dark Brown. They came well packaged, very well constructed and thick. They were definitely not flimsy. The color was a perfect match to my current color. I gave them a brush and styled them with my blow dryer. I easily put them on and trimmed them to my liking, giving me nice curtain bangs. I was hesitant to purchase anything like this because I was afraid I was going to be let down by shiny, fake looking bangs. These were not that. I am super impressed and very happy with my purchase. If you want bangs, but don't want to commit, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I submitted three email requests for a refund with no response. This precludes me from returning the wigs and obtaining my refund. Whether this is a tactic to eliminate my ability to obtain a refund or repeated lack of oversight is in question. My dissatisfaction and frustration is concrete.
