I ordered a wig and almost immediately I reached out to customer service to cancel. It was after hours ago but chat option available. Less than a few hrs later I received a ride email stating it was ordered prior day and was leaving warehouse. Mind you it was only a few hrs later but yes tech a day earlier. The same exact wig was not only cheaper on another site but had coupon. Will never do business with this business again and will openly share my bad experience to others.
