The snake herself is beautiful. She is healthy. The communication with Wilbanks while a bit delayed was still timely and accurate. The only issue as usual was UPS. I had to jump through way too many hoops to ensure my snake did not sit in a warehouse or truck all weekend. Overall I would recommend Wibanks
