Delivery was right on time with tracking. The ball pythons was packed well and came with an awesome Wilbanks snake bag with morph,gender,and date of birth on the bag! And the snake is beautiful and was well taking care of would recommend to any fellow p.b. Lovers!! We’ll definitely order again
