Loved the packaging she was very secure and well packaged appreciated all instructions included being it was my first snake to EVER! Come in the mail so that was a new experience and she was cold but thanx to the instructions included I knew to warm her in my hands first rather than putting her straight in a hot enclosure. The cold part though I would say falls on fedex being that delivery was about 5hrs later than stated and it was a pretty chilly day she was even more beautiful in person then in any picture.
