I wish I could give zero stars! Please avoid supporting this company! Like many others, I found them pretending to be based in the UK, but the product came from China and was extremely small! It wouldn't fit even a child, let alone an adult. The delivery took forever! I had to pay £28 to return it, and now it's stuck in customs since November! The customer service has been terrible, and they’ve stopped responding to my emails. I'm frustrated with myself for not researching this company more thoroughly, which I usually do! This experience has been utterly disappointing! With shipping costs, I'm now £100 out of pocket, and my son is without the birthday gift he selected!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller! I returned a watch over three months ago and am still waiting for my refund. The tracking indicates it’s stuck in customs, and the seller refuses to take responsibility or assist. They have stopped responding to my emails. This feels like a scam. Avoid this business unless you want to risk losing money.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I opted for a delivery protection on an order for a small fee, but I was unexpectedly charged nearly £40 for a warranty I never agreed to. The support team is unreachable by phone. Terrible service. I would never recommend this.
AVOID THIS SERVICE! My spouse ordered a coat that arrived in the wrong size from overseas. Upon contacting the company, we were told to return it at our own cost for a refund. The item was sent back with tracking, but it's stuck in customs. Despite multiple requests and their obligations under consumer rights, the refund has not been received.
If I could rate lower, I would! Extremely frustrated as I ordered an item for £100, returned it at a cost of £35, and now have received no assistance regarding my refund after numerous emails. The phone support is nonexistent! I'm furious!
TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! REPORT THIS WEBSITE! The customer service is ineffective, and the entire operation feels fraudulent. They promise refunds after delivering poor-quality products but never follow through. Anyone who has been wronged should consider legal action.
