The initial contract was good, communication was okay, the installation team were brilliant. When it was time to renew it was a joke.We were on a 400/200 package. Phoned to talk to them about renewing what a complete joke, was like a sketch from Little Britain - computer says no.Could we keep our current package for another 24 month contract - NOCould we upgrade to one of the current offers - NOWe have been stuck with a poorer service for 25% price increase. As soon as Openreach have completed their infrastructure updates we are gone. Even if it means early termination charges.Response to reply:Clearly stated it this was for September 2025. Clearly stated this was discussed at the time. As a company the customer service is non-existent.
