EDIT 5TH FEBRUARY 2026. So, after the perfect start, now comes the very less than perfect customer service... The Internet works fine, but as part of our contract we should have an extender, that we are obviously going to be paying for in the contract. It's not turned up, so after 4 emails and now a phone call, " we are looking into it", cmon, if our payment doesn't go thru, are we allowed to use the same excuse, NO. We have a contract, and In that, we have an extender, well except, we don't have one, so isn't that breaking the terms of the contract we signed up for?Cmon wildanet, sort this out. Today, 28th of January 2026.We had Dan and Ben turn up for our installation. I cannot praise them enough. Fantastic work ethic, friendly, polite, and a credit to the company. They worked with great efficiency, ensuring I was made fully aware of what they were doing, how long it would take etc. They were clean, tidying up after themselves at every stage of the installation.After a couple of hours, shiny new kit everywhere, they turned it on, and incredibly, (we went for the 350mb option) IMMEDIATELY we were getting 350mb. None of this it's gotta settle to get the full speed, this is instant, immediate and very fast.At the moment, everything is working, the guys left the house beautifully tidy, and they were exceptionally polite.
