So far so bad !I have just come off the phone from Wildanet customer services now.I signed up initially 2 and half months ago with the promise that it would not take till December for installation.I have just taken a day off work for installation as it was requested someone should be home and I have been just informed now that I’m not required….!This communication was the only forthcoming thing that’s been sent from Wildanet.All other information has unfortunately had to be squeezed out of them through me calling them.They say the delay has been due to gaining permission to run cables across public land (why sell a product that you know you can’t provide because you don’t have the permissions.Also I’m at the end of my contract with Sky and currently paying over the odds for my internet service £50 so every month this roles on is more expense plus loss of a days work due to poor service is more than frustrating.They have offered me one free month due to the poor service but this barely covers the costs of the transition so far !
