Like all new providers there is always teething problems, but the test of any good company is not the problems, but how those problems are resolved. Wildanet have gone over and above in the service they have provided and their friendly, but professional attitude and their attention to detail in providing the best knows no bounds. Letitia, Rachel, Major, Joanna and last but not least Jody, who came in after 6pm and on his way home, have been amazing in sorting out the problems, which turned out to be caused by the layout of the house.
