From the initial sales reps to the installation engineers and customer service personnel, the experience has been wholly positive.The installation engineer, Matt, was efficient, friendly, and informative. The two guys who did the outside trench and ducting were neat and tidy and very polite.Everyone I've either spoken to or emailed at Customer Service has been extremely helpful.
