This feels like false advertising.For the price paid, this was a complete rip-off and hugely disappointing. What makes it worse is the lack of customer service. I emailed the provided contact address twice and received no response, which is outrageous given the price tag. I’ve never written a negative public review before, but I’ve been left with no choice after being ignored when trying to resolve this privately.Save your money and shop at a local florist instead.
