The worst valentines bouquet I have ever received. My wonderful husband preordered a valentines bouquet from this store and collected it this morning as we are local. Unfortunately it looks nothing like the photo, is small and flowers are already wilting. The worst bouquet I have ever received and I am shocked as it was £80. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be shopping at this local flower store ever again.

Bea made my bouquet and table centrepiece for my wedding. I showed her photos of what I would like and we discussed what I would like. She was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The results were amazing and I was thrilled. I can thoroughly recommend her.
Very helpful about choice of flowers for a table arrangement when ordering. The pale pink roses and mimosa were beautiful and made the table and dining room look wonderful. Delivery was excellent too. Thank you so very much - it was all a great success!
I ordered the “magnificent size” bouquet for £255, expecting a premium, large arrangement. What arrived was a standard-sized bunch that looked nothing like what was advertised. I even took a photo and compared it side by side with the website images — the difference is clear. This feels like false advertising.For the price paid, this was a complete rip-off and hugely disappointing. What makes it worse is the lack of customer service. I emailed the provided contact address twice and received no response, which is outrageous given the price tag. I’ve never written a negative public review before, but I’ve been left with no choice after being ignored when trying to resolve this privately.Save your money and shop at a local florist instead.
