As a first-time customer, I liked the look of the products. However, due to a skin condition that left some broken skin, I couldn't try on the bra within the 14-day return window, as I needed time for healing and to avoid transferring any marks or bacteria. When I finally tried it on, following the size guide closely, I couldn't even get it over my head/shoulders. I emailed them to explain the situation and request an exchange for a different size, even though I was just 6 days over the return period. The response was a firm no, citing a strict policy and suggesting I purchase another size! I find this to be very poor and inflexible customer service, as I wasn't even seeking a refund, just an exchange. Frustratingly, their return window has now been extended for the holiday period. If they can do it now, they should have been more flexible just days prior. I'm left with an unwearable bra (which, despite being on sale, is still quite pricey) and they lost a potential new customer who might have made further purchases if the fit had been right. As it stands, I won't shop here again, regardless of any follow-up due to this review, as they had the chance to reconsider their initial response, and their brief follow-up was simply "Thank you for your understanding," which didn't address my concerns. The second star is solely for their timely email responses and the bra itself feeling like it could have been comfortable if it fit!
