Initially, I was attracted to the designs and the fact that this shop offers a wider range of body shapes and sizes compared to typical stores. Thanks to their email suggestion, I utilized the bra size calculator and the instructional video provided. The customer service team allowed me to adjust my chosen size just one day after placing the order, despite each piece being handmade on demand. This is excellent service. Now, the bra fits perfectly, and I absolutely love it. I also ordered a sherpa snood, which I really enjoy.
I ordered several items in October, including some underwear. Unfortunately, the first time I wore the pants, my thumb went through the fabric. I reached out to the support team on social media, and they apologized, promising a replacement. After a month, I followed up to check on the shipment and learned they were out of purple material, so I suggested black as an alternative to simplify the process. I was informed that the representative was unavailable but received no solution. After two more weeks, I inquired again about the replacement, noticing they had purple in stock on their website. The response I got was simply "No." I've since requested a refund, which has gone unanswered, and my return request through the website was declined. For high-priced items, I’m quite disappointed with their customer service. It’s no surprise they’re struggling with sales if this is how they handle customer relations.

While it does make my cleavage appear a bit flat, I didn't expect a lot of lift from a soft wireless bra. I opted for rainbow adjustable straps, and honestly, it's incredibly comfortable. I would suggest these bras to anyone. The support team was prompt and helpful as well. Definitely worth the wait!

Trying out wilde mode for the first time, and I'm definitely coming back. The customer service was outstanding, keeping me updated throughout the process. I finally found a comfortable bra that fits perfectly. The fabric is luxuriously soft, and the design is incredibly vibrant. The fit is excellent, providing superb support. Overall, a delightful experience.
As a first-time customer, I liked the look of the products. However, due to a skin condition that left some broken skin, I couldn't try on the bra within the 14-day return window, as I needed time for healing and to avoid transferring any marks or bacteria. When I finally tried it on, following the size guide closely, I couldn't even get it over my head/shoulders. I emailed them to explain the situation and request an exchange for a different size, even though I was just 6 days over the return period. The response was a firm no, citing a strict policy and suggesting I purchase another size! I find this to be very poor and inflexible customer service, as I wasn't even seeking a refund, just an exchange. Frustratingly, their return window has now been extended for the holiday period. If they can do it now, they should have been more flexible just days prior. I'm left with an unwearable bra (which, despite being on sale, is still quite pricey) and they lost a potential new customer who might have made further purchases if the fit had been right. As it stands, I won't shop here again, regardless of any follow-up due to this review, as they had the chance to reconsider their initial response, and their brief follow-up was simply "Thank you for your understanding," which didn't address my concerns. The second star is solely for their timely email responses and the bra itself feeling like it could have been comfortable if it fit!
My breasts have never felt better. The much-anticipated bra arrived this morning, and I put it on right away. The material is a lovely soft cotton, and the adjustable straps (which do cost extra) are very comfortable. Please note that this is a slow fashion brand, so it did take a few weeks to arrive, but I assure you it is worth the wait.
I tried a bra as they looked appealing and I need something wire-free for working from home. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, it didn't fit at all, and I received no support. I understand there can be variations, but I followed my measurements and used their size calculator. It wasn't even close to fitting. The sizing is very confusing, and they don't accept returns, leaving me stuck with a bra I can't wear. I do appreciate the fabric choices and what they stand for, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
