Couldn’t fault the overall service and offering from Wilderness. When I researched different companies Wilderness were not the cheapest and I’d hoped that the extra that I paid would provide good service and a quality motorhome, this assumption was proved correct. We did have an engine fault light come on in the second week that need addressed but I knew that this wasn’t Wilderness fault as it was a nearly new Motorhome. The roadside assistance directed us to the nearest garage and rang them to expect our arrival. Problems happens but it’s how you deal with them that matters. Paul from the Christchurch branch was a great help.
