Unwanted membership fees

During my first online purchase, I was offered free delivery without realizing that it came with a membership I never agreed to. I received an email about a subscription I didn’t sign up for. When I requested a refund, customer service informed me that their policy does not allow for refunds, which contradicts their own cancellation policy. This was an unauthorized subscription I never wanted. Be cautious of this trap.
