I ordered from this company and was misled during checkout about expedited shipping for Christmas. This is a scam. When I contacted customer service, they responded sarcastically, stating their processing time was around 10 business days due to high demand. Now I'm on day 15 with no tracking info. The worst customer service experience I've encountered. It's frustrating to see this company fail to deliver items to those who ordered for loved ones before the holidays!
