Avoid this site! I suspect it's a scam. I've only gotten generic responses. I placed my order on December 1 and still haven't received anything. One reply even requested an additional $100, claiming they used the wrong size beads. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I have neither the item nor a refund.

I ordered on December 5th and received an email claiming they went viral over Black Friday, stating a 5-10 business day processing time, which has long passed. They have stopped replying to my refund requests. Although they claim on social media that they offer full refunds if they don't fulfill their promises, it's not worth your time.
