I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star! I ordered a Cat in the Hat boys costume and a girls one arrived! Emailed twice with no response. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed and email replies within 30 minutes to 24 hours. I paid £17.99 to be sent the wrong item. Even the delivery note specified that it should have been the boys one! I should have known that it was going to be a disaster, as didn’t even receive a confirmation email when I placed the order. Awful company with awful customer service!
