A God send for me!

I was so scared that my order wouldn't come or that the company was fake after reading the reviews, but I took a chance and ordered a Harry Potter costume with Wild Nights Fancy Dress. Immediately after purchasing, I messaged them wanting to know that they had received my order and when it would be sent. Wild Nights replied to every message I sent and Royal Mail delivered exactly what I ordered just 3 days after purchasing. They really were a God send for me, and I just feel sorry for companies like this when they receive such poor reviews from others.

I was dubious to order after reading these reviews. I purchased with my credit card for extra protection just incase! I placed the order, got confirmation, then the next day got a dispatch email, and then received my order all in less than a week! Will use again! Thank you !

Wild Goose Chase

Took my money. Received a “your item has dispatched” email, then nothing. No tracking information, no reply to chaser email, no costume in time for party. Either a scam site, or very poorly run.

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star! I ordered a Cat in the Hat boys costume and a girls one arrived! Emailed twice with no response. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed and email replies within 30 minutes to 24 hours. I paid £17.99 to be sent the wrong item. Even the delivery note specified that it should have been the boys one! I should have known that it was going to be a disaster, as didn’t even receive a confirmation email when I placed the order. Awful company with awful customer service!

If I could leave zero stars I would!

Absolute joke of a business. Advertise costumes in stock on the weekend of World Book Day, and brag about their same day dispatch policy, yet they then email customers two days later to cancel their order leaving them with no time to source a replacement. Shameless money grabbing cowboys!
