Outstanding selection on Wild Oak Trail's website. I didn’t even know how to describe what I needed, but I still found it. I was looking for a roof‑cover for my mother’s pagoda out in rural Arizona’s high desert — where winter nights drop below 20°, summers hit 110°, and wind gusts routinely hit 40 mph. It was a breeze (PUN) navigating Wild Oaks web page. A prefab superstore cover wasn’t going to survive out here. I checked those sites too and they didn't seem to understand what I was looking for. Maybe I put too much detail in the Big Box store's websites.
A friend told me to look at everything: cotton, PVC, nylon, ABS, even hybrid fabrics. Those other sites just didn't understand. When I landed on Wild Oak’s site, it only took seconds to spot exactly what I needed: an 18‑lb, 25'×25' heavy canvas tarp.
I placed my order for the super‑heavy canvas, and it arrived fast, 2 days, I thought it was something completely different. It was my new White Duck Tarp showing up early. The moment I lifted it, I knew I’d made the right choice. Dense, heavy, and built for real weather. Not flimsy, it the real thing. Check out was easy too, and I didn't pay for shipping!
I installed it using two 50' lengths of 3/8" poly rope under the tarp for support, and it lays up there just beautifully. My mom loves it, I love it, and I’m confident it’ll handle everything this desert throws at it.
