They contacted me right away to let me know my purchase was on back order and made sure I was okay with that. Then they WAY over delivered! They said it would likely not ship for 10-15 weeks with a tiny possibility for sooner and it ended up shipping in just 4 weeks which was the BEST surprise!
Very poor experience. They shipped my $1000 plus purchase to a different address and were not cooperative in helping me find it. I confirmed to them the address on the shipping label with pictures once the good people who received it contacted me. I will not order again from this company.
