It feels like complete chaos . . . I placed my order on 11/9, believing that if I ordered by 3pm (as indicated on the platform), my item would be shipped the same day. Despite numerous unanswered emails and chats, along with at least six phone calls to the support team assuring me that my item would ship "soon", nothing ever arrived. On 12/2, I decided to cancel my order. I cannot recommend making a purchase here.
