Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Communication has been painfully slow and often non-existent since late July. Weeks pass without updates, and every inquiry is met with vague responses. I’ve been left in the dark, which is unacceptable. I now regret my choice, and I urge anyone considering this service to think twice. Clear communication is the minimum expectation from a solicitor, and unfortunately, this service has fallen short.
