This site is a scam. I strongly advise against buying anything here. I’ve seen replies from the support team claiming they don’t sell on this platform and that it’s not fake, but that's not true. It’s completely fraudulent. Many accounts with positive experiences and high ratings are fake. Trust me! This platform is not trustworthy!

Our experience with the service for the purchase of our property has been a complete disaster and a lesson in professional incompetence. Our house purchase has been delayed for three months due to the firm's repeated failure to submit essential documentation to the seller's solicitor. This ongoing issue persists despite our efforts to forward multiple emails from the Council stating the documents are still missing. My mortgage offer has had to be renewed multiple times and is now critically set to expire again. The situation is urgent, yet our inquiries have been ignored for weeks, putting the entire transaction at risk. If you have a time-sensitive transaction, AVOID THIS FIRM. Their lack of communication and failure to manage basic paperwork are shocking. We are now filing a formal complaint.
