Quick and easy

Quick and easy, and I like the option that you can go in and make changes to it any time. I also believe I read where you’ll get a reminder every year, just in case something needs to be changed which I think is very helpful

It was an easy format to follow and really helped me organize my thoughts. I wish there was the ability for more precise customization, but it provided a good starting point to complete an initial document, with the idea of creating a more complex will down the road.

I have a major issue with the will

The experience creating the will is excellent. But I find a major issue with the will: At section 6(g) 2nd paragraph regarding splitting a non survivor beneficiary’s part among other surviving beneficiaries, it is “in equal shares” but most people would prefer it to be each according to the percent allocated to him divided by the sum of percents allocated to all surviving beneficiaries.I used the good option of descendants inherit non-survivors.Imagine a split of 69% to the spouse, 30% to a child, and 1% to a nephew. If I die in an accident with my spouse and child all goes to the nephew. This is good. But if I die in an accident with my spouse, the 69% is split equally and the child gets 64.5% instead of most of the estate. IE the child gets twice instead of 30 times more than the nephew. This is unreasonable.I would like to add that a workaround might be to move a beneficiary with a small share to be a contingent beneficiary and give him a specific gift.Another small bug to improve: the items on the specific gift list are not shown in the will document at the same order as entered in the interface. they also move around when you edit them. I highly suggest they be shown in the will document at the same order they are shown at the interface. the option to reorder them on the interface will be great, but this is only nice to have.

Customer service support was excellent

The website was fairly easy to navigate but when I ran into any thing that I considered problematic, I was able to schedule a call with customer support. Customer support on the phone was fantastic both times that I used it.
