Had I been aware in April 2025 of the issues I now face, I would never have considered placing a deposit on a home from this company. Since moving in October 2025, it's been nothing but trouble. There was no proper handover, missing keys, and no instructions for appliances. I received no paperwork or records for appliance services either. The windows don’t fit properly, resulting in strong draughts—I'm baffled by the figures from the so-called tests conducted. The doors are poorly fitted, and the dishwasher is already non-functional. Built-in appliances have warped doors, and bath panels are falling off. The overall quality is far from satisfactory. There are gaps under the kitchen cupboards due to missing cement, and mortar is lacking around the windows. The seals on the front door are also absent, allowing more wind to come through. We've had to buy items and cover repair costs ourselves just to make the home livable. While you might receive Smeg appliances, they are the most basic models available. The kitchen features cheap textured worktops that are hard to keep clean. On moving day, washer fittings had to be adjusted due to incorrect plumbing. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Even after four years, residents from the first phase are still experiencing issues. Once they have your money, they seem disinterested.
