Our experience with this agency has been utterly terrible. The level of negligence and disregard for tenant welfare is shocking. Communication was consistently ignored, and our concerns were dismissed. After paying over £10,000 in rent, we were left in a moldy and unsafe property. The landlord's response to our complaints was inadequate, and we were forced to leave without proper compensation. I strongly advise against renting through this agency.
