My experience at the local branch was incredibly frustrating. The initial buyer lacked funds, and the second buyer withdrew after being shown another property. The agency then seemed disinterested in selling my property, presenting unsuitable buyers. When I raised concerns, they denied any wrongdoing but then waived the notice period, which felt suspicious. I eventually switched to another agency that sold my property quickly. I would not recommend this company.
The branch provided outstanding support throughout the house-selling process. They offered clear explanations and kept me updated consistently during and after the sale. The staff demonstrated great empathy regarding my reasons for selling.
This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Be cautious and avoid any dealings with them. After applying for a property and being approved, they suddenly informed us that another candidate was ahead, causing the deal to collapse. Don't waste your time with this agency.

The local director's management of the office is chaotic, with serious privacy concerns visible during my visit. They also recommended a solicitor known for ineptitude. Communication was lacking until one staff member intervened. Overall, this experience has been traumatic, and I would strongly advise against using this agency.
