Let's start with the few positives: a couple of staff members were competent and should seek employment elsewhere. Unfortunately, the negatives are numerous. The local director's management of the office is chaotic, with serious privacy concerns visible during my visit. They also recommended a solicitor known for ineptitude. Communication was lacking until one staff member intervened. Overall, this experience has been traumatic, and I would strongly advise against using this agency.
