the customer service was extremely poor! I received a defective item, and they refused to provide a full refund. They only offered a complete refund if I shipped the item back internationally, without providing a shipping label, insisting I cover the shipping costs. They acknowledged that I received a faulty product but simply stated, "No one is perfect and errors do happen." After numerous emails back and forth, we settled on a small compensation just to end the discussion. At that point, pursuing further was pointless. I will definitely not order from this platform again! Additionally, the product was of subpar quality. To top it off, I received a bill from FedEx for customs charges from this company two weeks later!
