Sadly, my experience with this service was far from satisfactory. The payment process was confusing and felt insecure, which made me uneasy right from the beginning. I was concerned about my funds and lacked confidence in completing the transaction. I reached out to the support team for clarification, but their response was slow and unhelpful, which completely eroded my trust. As a customer, I expect payment security and adequate support, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. the customer service was extremely poor! I received a defective item, and they refused to provide a full refund. They only offered a complete refund if I shipped the item back internationally, without providing a shipping label, insisting I cover the shipping costs. They acknowledged that I received a faulty product but simply stated, "No one is perfect and errors do happen." After numerous emails back and forth, we settled on a small compensation just to end the discussion. At that point, pursuing further was pointless. I will definitely not order from this platform again! Additionally, the product was of subpar quality. To top it off, I received a bill from FedEx for customs charges from this company two weeks later!

Avoid this service! The website promises authentic items, but what I received was a poor-quality knockoff that looked nothing like what was advertised. When I tried to return it, I was informed I'd need to ship it back overseas at a cost exceeding $100. To make matters worse, I received an additional shipping bill from FedEx for taxes and tariffs. Total scam!

The jacket is of great quality and looks fantastic. We wanted to return it for a different size and reached out for guidance. They responded quickly with clear instructions. Returning it to their overseas location would have been very expensive, so we decided to keep it. They kindly offered a 20% refund for our decision, which was very generous! While I've seen negative reviews, my experience has been quite positive. I recommend this service!
