I ordered a Christmas item that arrived damaged due to inadequate packing. Customer Service issued a credit but said I needed to reorder. Within a week, the price increased by $10, and I would have to pay $26 for expedited shipping to receive it by the holiday. This was entirely their fault. Although the representative managed to secure the original price, they refused to cover the shipping costs to meet the original delivery date. While the representative was kind, management wouldn’t authorize covering the extra shipping. My gift, ordered well in advance, will arrive after the holiday. This is unacceptable service!
