Shipping via Pony Express?
All Clad pans are fine, good quality albeit expensive. But Williams Sonoma shipping and order fulfillment is a throwback to the old Sears & Roebuck days. In my experience typically anywhere from five to seven working days (never count weekend days...) after order placement to actually in transit. In a world of Amazon Prime this is not acceptable.
Evidently Williams Sonoma is only interested in publishing glowing reviews, not realistic reviews.
I ordered a Christmas dinner, which was promised to be delivered by December 17. However, I received an email stating that half of my order wouldn't arrive until mid-January. Am I supposed to ask my guests to return then? I reached out to customer support, but the representative was quite dismissive. It was a terrible experience! I won't be using this service again!
I placed an order for Christmas gifts on November 23, 2025, expecting delivery in the first week of December. As of December 19, my order is still in Ontario with no chance of arriving before the holidays. I tried to cancel today but was told it wasn’t allowed. This isn’t the first issue I’ve encountered with this service, and it will definitely be the last, as I will not be shopping here again.
I was at the store ready to check out when I was abruptly told that I couldn’t stand in line. I was instructed to wait under a sign that said “live starts here.” Really?! When I was finally called to the register, the saleswoman began packing up items for another customer! I returned to the sign and waited again. I won’t be returning to this location; I felt undervalued. Customer service skills need improvement! I gave two stars because they do have good stock.
I ordered a Christmas item that arrived damaged due to inadequate packing. Customer Service issued a credit but said I needed to reorder. Within a week, the price increased by $10, and I would have to pay $26 for expedited shipping to receive it by the holiday. This was entirely their fault. Although the representative managed to secure the original price, they refused to cover the shipping costs to meet the original delivery date. While the representative was kind, management wouldn’t authorize covering the extra shipping. My gift, ordered well in advance, will arrive after the holiday. This is unacceptable service!
I called customer service with a question about aprons. When I finally reached an agent and mentioned I was looking at aprons, he interrupted me by grunting, “no you’re not.” After several interruptions, I asked what he meant, and he began cursing, calling me derogatory names and using foul language multiple times. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but he refused. I asked for his name, and he simply said, “MY NAME!” He had access to my personal information from my phone number! I stopped engaging and let him rant until he hung up. When I called back to report this, the new agent was unable to connect me to a supervisor but suggested I email my complaint. I was told someone would respond soon, but I’m not optimistic. This individual now has my personal information, which is concerning. I’m closing all my accounts as I fear my information is still at risk. I will never order from them again.

I ordered three items. Two were available in-store, and I drove there to pick them up. The third item, which had free shipping, needed to be shipped to the store. When I inquired about a shipping charge of $12.95, I was told it applied to the items I picked up. I questioned how they could charge for shipping on items already in-store, but the representative claimed it was due to handling. This feels like false advertising. I am done with this service.
