I ordered Christmas gifts on November 23, 2025, expecting delivery in the first week of December. Today is December 19, and my order is stuck in Ontario with no chance of pre-Christmas delivery. I called to cancel the orders, but was told that wasn't allowed. This isn't the first time I've been let down by this service, but it will definitely be the last as I won’t be shopping here again!
