BMW Williams Bolton.I placed an order for a new car in September '23, with a delivery date due February / March '24.In the meantime the Sales Rep who dealt with the order left the company.Nobody got in touch to confirm who would now be dealing with my order, I only found out that the Rep had left when I contacted Williams myself.I was then told that they were unsure as to when the car would arrive.Whilst having my current car serviced, I checked again to see if there was an update, only to be informed that there would most likely be a 4 month delay on the delivery, so most likely a period of 9 months from my initial order.I can only say that my experience of Williams Bolton has been a very poor one.
