SHOCKING EXPERIENCE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION Had my car booked in at BMW Trafford Park on 11th December for service, screen washer bottle filter clean, EGR recall and check why my oil was high on my idrive. Got a call on the day saying the part for the recall wasn’t available could I rebook in January, after a bit more conversation the lady said bring it in the next day and a loan car will be waiting for me.On the 13th December they worked on my car carrying out everything I required I hadn’t heard anything all day and asked how they getting on with the work to be told it’s completed yet I never received a call to tell me nor how much it will be.I return to BMW to collect my car and was told to take a sit and someone will see to me over half an hour later I was still wait even they my car was there to be collected all the sales ppl walked past it no one tho to ask anything. The only person to help was the receptionist everyone else showed no interest or pretend to be working.I think I’ll try a different BMW garage next time
