I placed my order on December 5th, 15 days ago, and have yet to receive any shipping notification, despite the company's claim of shipping within 24-48 hours. I attempted to call and email multiple times, but received no response, only a generic automated reply. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication, especially since it was a Christmas gift. I canceled my order because it still hasn’t left the warehouse!
